What keeps me stay in shape?
What is your exercise? Do you have past time besides of just setting on your desk and grab some opps, writing, chatting and all? Oh well. Let me tell you what is mine. I do the HOLLA HOOP!!! I can shake more than hundreds if I want to. When I first arrive here in Oz I find it hard to find the instrument of my exercise because I left mine in Manila. I never forget to remind my hubby when he go to the office to “don’t forget my Holla when you come home” Try to find it! Estimated 2months till I myself found the Holla instrument in bigW department store. I can now shake in the morning before doing anything. When I get tired of setting and browsing I will just stand up and do the shake. I love this exercise and I find it so good for me. It really makes me stay in shape with no crunchy abs, no belt bag. Let me share to you my picture on the first day I got my Holla.




Shake your belly!!! Shake your hips!!!
For attractive lips , speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes , seek out the good in people. For beautiful hair , let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise , walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
