Red Wine
Do you like to drink wine specifically red wine? Well, I’m not used to drink wine but I do drink if it happens that we have it. We all maybe know that drinking wine has a good effect on our health. But of course with moderation. A glass a day is a great benefit. Don’t get yourself intoxicated. I like holding Riedel wine glass full of red wine and then drink it once in a while. Unlike some that I saw they just drink it straight and then refill it again. Here is Oz , wine are everywhere and in every occasion it is not complete without wine to share especially partying with friends.
You can make it a habit. Drinking a small amount of wine everyday can make your heart healthier according to what I have read.

For attractive lips , speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes , seek out the good in people. For beautiful hair , let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise , walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.

Ok sa heart tong red wine (wag lang sobra). I drink a glass of red wine before going to bed. Just a cup lang naman to arouse sleep.
